The Forums tab displays the list of forums linked to the virtual space.
The following fields can be seen in the list:
- Name
- Created by
- No. of comments
- Last post date
- Star icon - clicking it adds or removes the forum to the favourites
The Details link in the row of the learning materials list navigates to the screen displaying the comments belonging to the Forum topic.
The administrator is authorized to edit the forum topic with the Edit button on the screen.
The administrator is authorized to delete the forum topic with the Delete button on the screen.
The administrator of the community space can close the forum topic with the Close button. After this no comment can be added to the topic. The closed topic appears among the topics of the community space only if the Show closed forums checkbox is selected in the filter when filtering. The administrator can lift the closed status with the Unlock button.
A fórum bejegyzéseket megjelenítő felületen a fórum témához kapcsolódó összes eddigi hozzászólás megtekinthető. Lehetőség van gombbal a hozzászólásokra választ írni.
A hozzászólások alatti szöveg beviteli mező segítségével lehetőség van új hozzászólás rögzítésére, ahol az alapvető szövegformázási lehetőségeken (betűméret, betűszín, szövegigazítás, felsorolás, …stb.) is mód nyílik. A hozzászólás az Elküld gombbal véglegesíthető.
A virtuális tér adminisztrátorának lehetősége van a nem kívánt hozzászólás törlésére a hozzászólás melletti … lenyíló gomb alatti Törlés funkcióval.
A hozzászólás írójának lehetősége van a saját hozzászólásának szerkesztésére is a hozzászólás melletti … lenyíló gomb alatti Módosítás funkcióval.
A Fórumok lapfülön lévő Új gombbal új Fórum téma rögzíthető.
Egy felugró ablakban meg kell adni az alábbi adatokat:
- Név: Az új téma neve.
- Publikus: Az új téma hozzáadásánál megjelölhető, hogy a téma publikus legyen-e, vagy sem. Amennyiben nem publikusra állítjuk be, csak a hozzárendelt felhasználók, felhasználó-csoportok fogják látni, ilyenkor azonban a program a létrehozót automatikusan berakja a felhasználók közé.

A Mentés gombra kattintva létrejön az új fórum téma.
