The details of the event can be viewed on the Online occasion details screen. If the meeting is underway, the student can join it with the Connect button found here.
The web link is generated before the start of the meeting. The students are notified of this, and the join functionality becomes available at this time. A preliminary screen appears by clicking the button where the user can decide to use the installed application (or installs it at that time) or joins the meeting via a browser.
By clicking the Open Cisco Webex Meeting button in the popup window, the web browser opens the installed Webex meeting client immedately.
Depending on institutional settings, it redirects to the login window where the student can log in to the meeting by entering the name and e-mail address, or the login automatically takes place.
