If institutional settings enable it, a new password can be generated with the Forgotten password link next to the Login button.
Setup of forgotten password
The user name must be provided in the popup window appearing after clicking the Forgotten password link, then the captcha on the image in the popup window after pressing the Next button. After successfully entering these data, a one-time link needed to modify the password is sent out to the e-mail address registered for the user's account.
Jelszó módosításhoz kapott link érvényessége
A jelszóvisszaállításra szolgáló link érvényessége 24 óra. A link érvénytelenné válik abban az esetben is, ha az eredeti jelszóval sikeres belépés történik a Neptun hallgatói webes felületre.
