If institutional settings enable it, a new password can be generated with the Forgotten password link next to the Login button.
Setup of forgotten password
The user name must be provided in the popup window appearing after clicking the Forgotten password link, then the captcha on the image in the popup window after pressing the Next button. After successfully entering these data, a one-time link needed to modify the password is sent out to the e-mail address registered for the user's account.
Validity of the link for password modification
The link to restore the password is valid for 24 hours. The link becomes invalid if the user logs in to the Neptun Student Web Interface successfully with the original password.
