The virtual spaces can be divided into 3 main groups:
- Subject
- Course
- Degree thesis
- Other
Community spaces of subject type
The aim of the community spaces connected to subjects is for the users to share general information and documents related to all the courses of the subject and actual through semesters.
The community space of the subject is automatically created when the subject is published.
The name of the newly created community space of the Subject type virtual spaces is created with the following pattern: "Subject name (Subject code)".
The administrator of the community space connected to the subject is the responsible lecturer.
The student is automatically added to the community space of the subject at the time of the subject registration as member, and is removed from the community space when dropping the subject.
The responsible lecturer can modify the permissions of the members, add further members or administrator to the community space of the subject.
Community spaces of course type
The aim of the community spaces connected to courses is for the users to share actual information and documents related to the course, which are actual mostly in the given semester.
The community space of the course is created when the course is published. All students of the course are added to it.
The name of the newly created community space of the Course type community spaces is created with the following pattern: "Subject name (Subject code, Course code, Semester)".
The administrator of the community space connected to the subject is the course tutor.
The student is automatically added to the community space of the course at the time of the course registration as member, and is removed from the community space when dropping the course.
The course tutor can modify the permissions of the members, add further members or administrator to the community space of the course.
Szakdolgozat típusú közösségi terek
Amikor létrehozásra kerül a hallgató képzéséhez egy szakdolgozat sor, akkor a hallgató szakdolgozatához kapcsolódóan, automatikusan létrehozásra kerül minden egyes ilyen hallgatói szakdolgozat sorhoz egy-egy privát virtuális tér „Szakdolgozat” típussal.
A szakdolgozat típusú közösségi terek arra szolgálnak, hogy a szakdolgozat sorhoz kapcsolódó hallgató, és a szakdolgozathoz hozzárendelt oktató(k) (bírálók/konzulensek) információkat osszanak meg egymással.
Egyéb típusú közösségi terek
Az egyéb típusú közösségi terek olyan terek, melyek nem a tárgyhoz, vagy kurzushoz kapcsolódóan jöttek létre, és az Új közösségi tér létrehozása gomb megnyomásával hozhatók létre.
Az egyéb típusú közösségi terek arra szolgálnak, hogy általánosan, kurzustól és tárgytól függetlenül osszanak meg egymással információkat és dokumentumokat a felhasználók.
