The student can register for the topic in the topic window appearing by clicking the Registration button
The registration can be accomplished by clicking the XXX link at the end of the topic row too.
If registration is not enabled for a topic, the following message can be seen after clicking Registration: Failed! Application is not allowed for this topic!
In this case the student must select another topic from the list.
If the institutional settings allow, the Select consultant window appears by clicking the Registration button, where the selectable lecturers assigned for the thesis topic are grouped by evaluator type in blocks. One lecturer per evaluator type can be selected, which is mandatory to continue. The thus selected lecturer is assigned to the topic registration row created with the registration.
Ha az intézményi beállítások engedélyezik, akkor a Jelentkezés gombra kattintva (ha választható konzulens, akkor a Konzulens választása ablak után) megjelenik a cím és témavázlat megadására szolgáló ablak, ahol a megadható a szakdolgozat címe és a jelentkezéshez témavázlat szöveg, illetve témavázlat fájl csatolható.
A Jelentkezés gombbal véglegesíthető a jelentkezés. Sikeres jelentkezés! visszajelző üzenet jelzi, ha a jelentkezés sikeres volt az adott témára, és létrejön a jelentkezés sor.
Adott témára jelentkezés után a 
linkre kattintással – amennyiben engedélyezésre került – megadható a cím, a témavázlat, amelyről bővebb információ itt olvasható.
Sikeres jelentkezés esetén a hallgató a jelentkezéseit a Szakdolgozat felületen tekintheti meg, amely A jelentkezés elfogadásra vár állapotba kerül.
A téma címe alatt kijelzése kerül a szakdolgozat elfogadás aktuális állapota:
