Download calendar
The following options are available via the Download calendar dropdown menu:
Print: The calendar can be printed or saved on the user's own device in a format enabled by the institute.
Subscribe to calendar: A functionality used with Outlook or iCloud. After pressing the Subscribe to calendar function, the adequate application must be opened, and after establishing the connection, the Neptun calendar events can be viewed from that point onward in the selected application too.
Copy subscription link: The copied subscription link can be added to any calendar application that is able to manage the added further calendar based on the subscription URL, such as Google Calendar. In the selected calendar application the copied subscription link must be provided when the new calendar is added, and in the future the Neptun calendar events will be displayed in the application.
Export filtered calendar: A file of .ics extension (iCalendar) can be downloaded with this functionality, which can then be loaded into the Outlook or Google Calendar. As a result, the Neptun calendar events will be displayed in the application in the future. The functionality exports the currently filtered event types.
Filter calendar
With the Filter calendar functionality the types of events the user wants to display in the calendar can be selected. If the student attends more than one trainings of the institute, it is possible to display events related to more than one trainings at the same time.
The following options are available when filtering the Calendar events: Show all, Lesson, Exam, Training period, Task, Online, Other event.
Views
The Calendar can be viewed in many views. The user can change the week, the day and the month one after the other on the card above the calendar depending on the selected view.
Weekly view: By choosing the weekly view the calendar can be viewed from Monday 8 a.m. to Sunday 7 p.m. By default the week of the actual date is shown in the calendar if weekly view is selected.
Daily view: The events of the given day can be viewed when choosing the daily view. In daily view a date selector is available next to the calendar which facilitates the change of the day.
Havi nézet: Havi nézetben egy adott hónap összes eseményét lehet megtekinteni.
Lista nézet: Ebben a nézetben listaszerűen, napokra bontva jelennek meg a naptáresemények.
