The people, community spaces or user groups that can view the shared folder can be selected in the Split section of the Public document form during uploading the documents related to community space on the Menu/Document storage screen.
Persons, members of Community spaces, User groups can be selected for sharing contents with them with the Select button next to the fields.
Share folders with persons
In the Search user popup window, you can search for the name or nickname of students or employees on the User tab. Various filtering conditions can be set in the window.
The selected user or users can be saved in the Persons field with the Select button of the popup window.
On the My groups tab in the Search user popup window, members of person groups can be searched for in the person groups the user uses in order to share the folder with persons.
The members of the person group can be viewed and the required users can be selected in the Search user popup window by clicking the link of the selected group in the Groups list.
The selected user or users can be saved in the Persons field with the Select button of the popup window.
Mappa megosztás közösségi terek felhasználóival
A Közösségi terek felugró ablakban megjelenő listából választhatók ki a közösségi terek a mappa megosztásához.
A választott közösségi terek a Kijelöltek kiválasztása gombbal menthetők a Közösségi terek mezőbe.
A felületi lista sorvégi Részletek linkjére megtekinthető az adott közösségi tér felhasználóinak listája.
Mappa megosztás felhasználói csoportok tagjaival
A Felhasználói csoportok tagjaival történő megosztáshoz a Felhasználói csoportjaim felugró ablakban megjelenő listából választhatók ki a csoportok a mappa megosztásához.
A mappa megosztásához a felhasználói csoportok kiválasztása a Kijelöltek kiválasztása gombbal történhet.
A felületi lista sorvégi Részletek linkjére megtekinthető az adott csoport tagjainak listája.
A Publikus dokumentum űrlap Megosztás szakaszának felületén kiválasztott személyek, közösségi terek felhasználói vagy felhasználói csoportok tagjai a felület Mentés gombjának megnyomása után láthatják a megosztott mappát.
