On the Menu/Document storage screen the window to select upload mode appears. Documents can be uploaded in order to share them with other users by selecting Community space attached link.

The Public document form is available by clicking the link. The existing/available storage size can be seen among the highlighted data at the top of the form.

The required document can be attached with the Upload file button in the Basic data section of the form or by dragging the file to be uploaded.

The process of uploading a new document can be viewed in detail in the Upload files article.

You can enter the data of the folder you want to create and share in the Folder name and Folder description fields of the Basic data section of the form. It is mandatory to fill in the Folder name field, and depending on institutional settings the Folder description field might be mandatory too. The system redirects you to the Split section of the form by clicking the Next page button at the bottom of the form.
