The list of the subjects that can be registered displays the subjects by default as closed. In the Subject row the name of the subject is shown as first piece of data, further data include the type of registration, the credit value of the subject, its recommended or earliest/latest recommended semester, type of requirement and the subject group of the subject.

A green Completed subject label appears in the list of subjects if the subject has already been completed. A green arrow at the end of the row means that the subject is registered in the selected semester, and a yellow arrow can be seen if the subject has a course added to the Planner but not registered yet. |

It may happen that not all listed data are displayed on the screen. The recommended and earliest/latest semester cannot be seen if the institute did not define such criteria, or the subject group is not seen if the subject is not included in a group in the curriculum. |
With the arrow at the end of the subject row the courses that can be taken for the subject can be viewed. By opening the subject, further information and functions will appear. The Subject registered status is displayed if the subject is registered, and the On the waiting list status, if the student is on the waiting list for any course of the subject.

Subject details – Further information on the subject is available in the popup window after clicking Subject details. Download syllabus – The syllabus of the subject can be downloaded. It is an institutional setting whether it is displayed or not. If no valid syllabus is assigned to the selected semester, the last valid syllabus can be downloaded. Change course – It is displayed for a registered subject. This button activates the process of the change of course. Drop subject – It is displayed for a registered subject. After confirmation the subject can be dropped along with all the registered courses. |

A felvehető tárgyak listájában a tárgyak alapértelmezetten csukott állapotban jelennek meg. A tárgy sorban legelső adatként kiemelve megjelenik a tárgy neve, a további adatok között pedig megtalálható a felvétel típusa, a tárgy kredit értéke, ajánlott vagy min/max ajánlott féléve, követelménytípusa és a tárgycsoport amiben található a tárgy.

A tárgyak listájában zöld Teljesített tárgy címke jelenik meg, ha a tárgy már teljesítve van. Zöld pipa jelzi a sor végén, ha a tárgy a választott féléven felvett, valamint sárga felkiáltójel ikon, ha a tárgynak van olyan tervezőbe tett kurzusa, ami még nincs felvéve. |

Előfordulhat hogy nem minden felsorolt adat jelenik meg a felületen. Nem látható az ajánlott és min/max félév, ha az intézmény nem határozta azt meg, vagy a tárgycsoport, ha a tárgy nem található a mintatantervben csoportban. |
A tárgy sorok végén található nyíl segítségével tekinthető meg, hogy milyen kurzusok vehetők fel a tárgyhoz. A tárgyat kinyitva megjelennek további információk és funkciók is. Megjelenik a Tárgy felvéve státusz, ha a tárgy felvett, és a Várólistán státusz, ha a tárgy bármely kurzusán várólistán szerepel a hallgató.

Tárgy részletek - További tárgyinformációk érhetők el felugró ablakban a Tárgy részletekre kattintva Tárgytematika letöltése - A tárgyhoz tartozó tematika letöltésére van lehetőség, intézményi beállítás függvénye, hogy megjelenik-e. Ha a kiválasztott féléven nem található érvényes tematika, akkor a legutolsó érvényes tematika tölthető le. Kurzuscsere - Felvett tárgy esetében jelenik meg, a kurzuscsere folyamata indítható el a gombbal.
