Information on the application periods can be obtained on the Periods screen of the Administration/Dormitory application menu item. The application can also be deleted here. The block also displays the number of periods as information. Clicking the arrow opens the screen where the application periods can be viewed, and where the application can be deleted.

The opening screen lists the actual periods of dormitory applications whose boarding period has not yet ended. The status of the application is shown under the interval of the application period in the Interval column of the periods for which an application was submitted.

The system indicates the various valid application statuses with a coloured line at the beginning of the period.

  • Applied - blue
  • Admitted - green
  • Rejected - yellow

Clicking the Details link at the end of the selected period opens the window which contains all essential information depending on the status of the period.

The period details are displayed for a period for which no application was submitted.

If the status is Applied or Admitted, the modal displays the details created by the application besides the period details. Such are the Status, the Designated dormitories, where modification is also allowed during the application period. If points are defined in the application period, the Points block lists the subpoints and the total points collected.

In case of an application with request, the request details can be opened with the arrow on the Request details block.

In the Request details the submitted request can be downloaded, the status, the ID number, the submission date and the attachements of the request can be viewed.


Delete application

The dormitory application can be withdrawn on the screen opening by pressing the Details link of the Periods block, if the institution enabled this function.

The dormitory application can be deleted only before the end of the application period!

If the deletion of the application is enabled, the application can be withdrawn with the Cancel application button on the Period details modal.

A confirmation question pops up in order to finalize the operation. Here the cancellation can be confirmed. Pressing the Cancel application button deletes the application.

If cancellation is enabled, a dormitory application can be resubmitted before the end of the application period. Please refer to Applying for dormitory section for further details.
