The screen displays the list of useful links related to the community space.
The fields of the list:
- Name
- Description
- Created at
The Open option in the row of the list opens the link in a separate browser window.
By clicking the XXX icon in the row of the list, the screen containing the details of the link opens.
The web address acts as a link on the screen, it opens in a separate browser window.
The new link can be recorded with the New button. The administrator of the virtual space and the members can all record a new link.
The fields of the screen:
- Name
- Web address
- Description
- Do not be available in the linked community spaces
The link can be finalized with the Save button.
An action window appears at the bottom of the screen after the link is selected in the row of the list, with the following options:
- Edit: Only the administrator of the virtual space can edit the link with this function.
- Delete: Only the administrator of the virtual space can delete the link with this function.
