The data of the student's all previous financial transactions can be viewed on the Finances/Transactions screen. The screen also displays the transactions that became invalid due to some reason, e.g. because of an unsuccessful payment by credit/debit card.
Entering filtering conditions helps the student to browse among transactions:
- Semester: The student can view the transactions related to the semester.
- Type: this filtering condition displays the transaction types used by the institute, e.g. Remittance to collective account, Payment by credit/debit card etc.
- Direction of transaction: A transaction can have 3 directions: Payment, Payout or Collection account balance top-up.
The details of the transactions can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of the row.
As the illustration shows, the screen displays the invalid transactions too. The reason for this is that with this SimplePay ID number found here, the student can inquire about the reason of unsuccessful payment by credit/debit from his or her bank or the institute.
