The Finances/Scholarships and payouts screen displays the payouts that the institute had paid or will pay to the student. Filtering can be done for a semester. The list typically contains scholarships and other supports. The crediting of payments, if any, are shown on the Corrections screen.
Similarly to other screens, colours facilitate the browse among the payments:
- blue: active or under processing
- green: completed
- red: deleted
- orange: rejected by bank
By clicking the Details link at the end of the row, a more detailed data of the payment item can be viewed.
If the status of the item is completed (green), it does not necessarily mean that the amount must have arrived to the bank account of the student. It means that the remittance has been done and the lead time depending on the bank is 1-3 workdays.
