The only dropdown list shows the items of the community space on the Home tab:
- Each of the elements are shown with different icons in front of the name of the element.
- The elements drop down, and at most 4 rows are displayed in the dropdown list in descending order of the date.
- The rows function as links navigating to the details of the row.
- The View all link can be seen under the latest entries. By clicking it, the user is navigated to the tab showing the complete list of the element.
Activities in chronological order:
The activities are listed in chronological order as well as by element. The list of the latest ones show the elements with entries. The elements are identified with icons in the list.
It is always the latest entry that can be seen in the list by element. The link of that opens the entry.
Panopto
From the Home screen Panopto is accessible at the Panopto element, but only if the Panapto context of the virtual space was already created. By clicking the Continue to the Panopto system button, the more detailed dashboard of Panopto opens, where the user has access to the Panopto folder of the given virtual space, and the Panopto folders, if applicable, linked to the Course type virtual space. In case of a course type virtual space, the Panopto access options of all the related subjects of the course are listed in the details of the opened element.
The link functions only if the administrator has created the context in Panopto.
