The General data screen displays the personal information of the student, including the natural identifiers, the document data and specific data of the student the institute keeps record of.

The data modification options may vary by institute, even within one institute. Institutional settings specify which data set can be extended with new data, which can be modified, if administator's approval is required, or a document can or must be attached to a record.

On this screen the Contact details (address, e-mail address, telephone number, website, ICE contact), documents, bank account numbers can be edited and added.

Adding new data or editing existing ones

New data can be added by clicking the + sign and filling in the data on the form that appears. To modify them, the card displaying the recorded data must be clicked, and the data can be modified on the form that appears.
