Users can be added one by one or in bulk to the groups listed on the various screens (e.g. course students, course tutor, students registering for an exam)


Add to group

The users can be added to a group one by one with the Add to group link at the end of the rows, or in bulk by selecting the users and with the floating menu appearing at the bottom of the screen. After this you must select which already existing group you want to add them to, or a new group can be created for the selected user(s) with the Create new group button.




What are the benefits of a group?

The use of groups facilitates bulk messaging or creating community spaces. Favourite fellow students or colleagues can be saved in the contact group.
