The Events tab displays the list of events related to the community space.


The events are displayed in two blocks:

  • My events –  the events the user has registered for or created it
  • Further events – the events the user has registered for but was created by someone else


The below fields are shown in the list:

  • Name – name of event
  • Period – event duration
  • Application period – time of the application
  • Maximum headcount – maximum number of attendants
  • Number of applicants

By clicking the Details link in the event row, the user is navigated to the page with the event details.

The name of the event is shown highlighted on the screen.

The details are shown on 3 tabs on the event details screen:

Basic data tab:

  • Period – event duration
  • Created by – who created the event
  • Description – description of the event

Application period tab:

  • Period – time of the event
  • Number of participants
  • Maximum headcount – maximum number of attendants

Furthermore the screen displays on the Participants list the users who registered for the event with their Name and Notes provided at the time of the application. The training details of the registered user can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of the row.

Excluded events tab:

The event is displayed among the excluded events if the Exclusion of participants of other events (exclude participants of a previous event from this event) checkbox was selected at the creation of the event.


3 functions are available with the … dropdown button of the screen:

  • Duplicate: A copy of the event can be made with this function, which is active only for the creator of the event. The user can define the number of the copies of the event in a popup window with the Duplicate function. The duplication can be finalized with the Save button.


The name of the duplicated event is the same as that of the original event, but an (M1), (M2) extension is added to the end of the name: the number depends on the number of the copies. Later the copied lists can be renamed. If an event has already registrations, the registered persons are not copied. All further data of the copied event is the same as those of the original copy, and they are also linked to the same virtual space. An event can be copied only before the registration period ends.

  • Edit: Only the creator and the administrator of the community space can edit the event. This function is disabled for other members.
  • Delete: Only the creator and the administrator of the community space can delete the event. This function is disabled for other members.

 


The student can register for the event with the Application button of the screen, if the registration period is still active, and the user had not registered for the event yet.

With this button, if the event was published with this setting, a comment can be entered for the event in the Add comment popup window.


The registration can be finalized with the Save application button.

If the user has already registered for the event, the Deregister button can be seen on the secreen. Deregistration from the event is possible only in the registration period.

 

New event can be created with the New button on the Events tab.

  • Jelentkezési időszak
  • Ne legyen elérhető a csatolt közösségi terekben
  • Jelentkezés megjegyzéssel - amennyiben bejelölésre kerül, akkor jelentkezéskor megjegyzés rögzíthető a jelentkezéshez
  •  A megjegyzések minden tag számára legyenek láthatók - ha bejelölésre kerül, akkor jelentkezéskor megadott megjegyzések láthatók lesznek a tagok számára
  • Más eseményeken résztvevők kizárása (korábbi eseményre jelentkezettek kizárása erről az eseményről).
