Information on the application periods can be obtained on the Periods screen of the Administration/Dormitory application menu item. The application can also be deleted here. The block also displays the number of periods as information. Clicking the arrow opens the screen where the application periods can be viewed, and where the application can be deleted.
The opening screen lists the actual periods of dormitory applications whose boarding period has not yet ended. The status of the application is shown under the interval of the application period in the Interval column of the periods for which an application was submitted.
The system indicates the various valid application statuses with a coloured line at the beginning of the period.
- Applied - blue
- Admitted - green
- Rejected - yellow
Clicking the Details link at the end of the selected period opens the window which contains all essential information depending on the status of the period.
The period details are displayed for a period for which no application was submitted.
If the status is Applied or Admitted, the modal displays the details created by the application besides the period details. Such are the Status, the Designated dormitories, where modification is also allowed during the application period. If points are defined in the application period, the Points block lists the subpoints and the total points collected.
Kérvényes jelentkezés esetén a Kérvény részletei blokkon a nyíllal lehet megnyitni a kérvényre vonatkozó adatokat.
A Kérvény részleteiben a leadott kérvény letölthető, látható a kérvény státusza, azonosítója, beadásának ideje, és a kérvénymellékletei.
Jelentkezés törlése
Amennyiben engedélyezi az intézmény, az Időszakok blokk Részletek linkkel megnyitott felületén lehetséges a kollégiumi jelentkezés visszavonása.
Kollégiumi jelentkezés csak a jelentkezési időszak végéig törölhető!
Ha engedélyezett a jelentkezés törlése, az időszakok részletes adatai modalon a Lejelentkezés gombbal lehet visszavonni a jelentkezést.
A művelet véglegesítéséhez megerősítő kérdés érkezik, itt lehet jóváhagyni a lejelentkezést. Lejelentkezés gombbal megtörténik a jelentkezés törlése.
Ha engedélyezett a lejelentkezés, a jelentkezési időszak végéig újra lehet kollégiumi jelentkezést beadni. A jelentkezésről a Applying for dormitory fejezet ad részletes információt.
