What are official notes?
Brief notes on resolutions concerning the student and other information to be archived, recorded by the institution on the registry record during the studies.
The notes are available within the Studies/Advancement menu, clicking the Official notes panel on the Registry record card.
The list can be narrowed down to semester.
By clicking the View link, the text of the complete note and its details will be displayed.
The attachment - if any - of the the entry can be downloaded by clicking Download file link.
