Selecting the Theoretical application option, the screen displays the contracts linked to the given period, that is which department concluded a contract of what contents with which foreign organizational unit.
The Theoretical application can be submitted by completing the application form after selecting the Next option on the cards, and confirming the intention with the Select button.
On the application form it is mandatory to provide the Theme area, the Theory coordinator, the planned start and planned duration of the theory in months.

After the data are successfully entered and the Finalization button is pressed, if a request is linked to the period, a request of Erasmus application type appears, and the related documents can be uploaded.
The request can be completed after clicking the Proceed to request button. When the request is completed, the Erasmus application is submitted together with the submission of the request by clicking the Submit a request button.
If the submission of the request fails, the application for Erasmus also fails.
