The completed thesis can be handed in with the Upload degree thesis button before the deadline the institute specified.
Depending on institutional settings, a statement may appear after the Upload degree thesis button is pressed. The student can continue after accepting the statement.
After this, the student must make a declaration about the confidentiality of the thesis (Confidential/not confidential) in the Encryption popup window. If the institutional settings specify that the declaration about the confidentiality must be made in the Encryption window after pressing the Start a request for admission button, the value of the field can be viewed in the Encryption window appearing after pressing the Upload degree thesis button, but it cannot be modified.
By pressing the Next button, further data must be entered in the Upload degree thesis window. The fields marked with * are mandatory.
The Final title must be provided in each case. It can be provided by clicking the Final title link. The value of the field can be provided in more than one language with the language selector. This field must be filled at least in one language.
Depending on institutional settings, the Additonal information link may appear under the Final title functionality. Here further information related to the thesis can be provided.
Below this, the links of document types that the institute set for uploading are displayed. By clicking them, the document can be uploaded with the selected document type.
