On the Finances menu item all financial matters related to the student's studies can be managed. The submenus/functions can be viewed from the menu item in two ways: hovering the mouse over the Finances menu you may select the submenus that appear, or by clicking Finances/Finances main menu item.
Familiarizing yourself with the screen you will find that certain functions can be accessed from other menu items too with a single click in order to make the complete the action related to the given menu item as quickly as possible. Transcribe item is one of these functions: this is available from Exam registration, To be paid as well as Overview menus.
On most of the finances-related listing screens, with the help of the icons in the top right corner you can modify the columns displayed if you want to see other data as well. Moreover there are various sorting options, and the list of the given menu item can be exported if needed as an Excel file to your own device.
When studying the documention it may happen that certain functions can be found in the manual or can be seen in the pictures which are not available to the student on his or her own web interface. Such function is for example the Disjoining/merging items. Please bear in mind that the lack of a function is not an error but its availability depends on individual institutional settings.
