The screen displays the rooms, which can be reserved and requested here.

Free or Reserved values can be selected in the field of Classroom state. The contents of the dropdown menu depends on institutional settings.
With the filtering options, the list can be narrowed down, among others, by Site, Name of room, Room code, Minimum capacity and Maximum capacity, Building and the Reservable/Demandable types. With the Add a device filter button, the device types and their required number (e.g. projector, 1 pc) can be defined as filtering condition.


It is displayed under the name of the room if it is reservable or can be requested.


The reservation or the request of the room can be finalized in the floating menu appearing by selecting the rooms (even in bulk) or with the Reservation or Request button available by clicking the Details link.


A system message is received about the evaluation of the requests, but their status can be monitored on the overview screen of the room reservation by clicking the Requests option.


The details of the request can be viewed on the screen appearing after clicking the request details, and it includes the comment of the evaluator, if applicable. Here the request under processing can be deleted with the Cancel button.
