The web link is generated before the start of the meeting. The students are notified of this, and the join functionality becomes available at this time. A preliminary screen appears by clicking the button where the user can decide to use the installed application (or installs it at that time) or joins the meeting via a browser. |
By clicking the Open Cisco Webex Meeting button in the popup window, the web browser opens the installed Webex meeting client immedately.
