The student has various options to settle debts, that is an item to be paid.

• One option is to pay it from the screen of the list of the items to be paid, on the Finances/Items to be paid menu. More items can be selected here, or only one item can be paid. The checkbox(es) of the item(s), the student wants to settle, must be selected at the beginning of the row(s). A menu bar appears at the botton of the screen if a selection is made, showing the functions applicable for the items. After clicking the Payment button the payment method must be selected:

• Another payment option is available on the item details screen. In this case only 1 item can be settled at a time. As the above illustration shows, the item details can be reached either by clicking the item name, or by using the Details button at the end of the item row. The student can launch the payment and select the payment method with the Payment type selection button:

• The third option is when it is the student who records a repeat exam fee or service fee on the Exam registrations, the Finances/To be paid or the Overview menu items. The recorded fee can be immediately paid with just a few buttons after recording the item and selecting the payment method:
