The details of the saved application can be viewed on the Administration/Student Card request screen. The screen also gives information on the progress of the application and its actual status.

The progress bar under the NEK identifier shows the three main phases of the application. The system indicates the phase already in progress with a coloured bar. The legend under the coloured bar shows what happens with the application, and when it is closed, a date also appears next to the legend. The closing date is also shown.

The status marking next to the main data of the application informs of the status of the closing. If the application for the Student card results in production, the application has an Accepted marking.

It may happen that production is not possible due to an error. The Rejected marking of the application shows this, the institute can provide further information about the reason for it. After correction of the error a new application can be submitted as described in the Request for a new Student Card section.

If the NEK production rejected legend appears next to the FIR status field in the application details, the producer found an error in the application, but it can be turned back for production after correction is made. In such cases the administration of the institute corrects the relevant data, and if necessary, requests a data reconciliation with the applicant.
