An application for dormitory accomodation can be submitted on the Administration/Dormitory application screen. The institutes announce their dormitory places in each academic year, and start a registration period for them defining who and when can apply for dormitory accomodation. Dormitory application sheet can be linked to the application, and the system may count points given on the basis of pre-defined criteria. If the institute has more than one dormitory, the student can select the preferred ones, and an order of them can be arranged too. These can be modified within the period, and also the complete application can be deleted in certain cases.
After the evaluation of the application, the decision of the institute can be viewed on the screen, and in case of a successful application the student can also see which dormitory he or she can move in.
