The list on the Documents tab shows the folders of the community space.

The documents can be assigned to the community spaces arranged into folders. One folder can contain more documents.


The columns shown:

  • Name (name of folder)
  • Size  
  • Last modification
  • Description


Filtering is also available on the screen. The folders of the community space can be filtered by the name of the folder or the creator (if member or administrator created it).

The contents of the folder can be seen with the following data by clicking the Details link in the list of the folders of the community space:

  • Size
  • Date of last modification
  • Number of downloads
  • Description
  • Documents

By clicking the XXX icon next to the name of the document in the Documents field, the details of the document appear, and it can be downloaded with the Download file link.

If a folder contains more files, the files are displayed one under the other, and can be downloaded one by one.


By clicking the Create folder button the Select folder window pops up, where the student's own folders are listed, which can be assigned to the community space.


The columns shown:

  • Name (name of folder)
  • Size
  • Date of last modification

By clicking the Details link on the screen, a popup window displays the contents of the folder with the option of downloading.

If one folder is selected in the list, the Add button becomes active. The assignment of the folder to the community space can be finalized with this button.


A new document folder can be created by clicking the Create new folder link in the Select folder window.

The folder data must be entered in a popup window:

  • Name (name of folder)
  • Description
  • The documents can be added with the Upload file link.

With the Create button the folder is created with the assigned documents, and the folder is assigned to the community space.
