The already submitted applications can be modified by selecting the View applications on the Administration/Erasmus screen, then clicking the Details option on the Applications screen. The data of the already submitted applications can be edited on the screen the Edit button opens.
The applications can be modified as long as the application period is valid.
The data that can be modified on the application sheet of theory type:
- Planned start of lecture
- Theory planned length in months
- Theme area
- Lecture coordinator
The already selected contract cannot be modified. In this case the application must be deleted, and a new application form must be submitted!
Gyakorlati jelentkezési lapon módosítható adatok:
- Gyakorlat koordinátora
- Ország
- Megnevezés
- Város
- Honlap
- Kapcsolattartó név
- Kapcsolattartó telefon
- Kapcsolattartó email
- Gyakorlat tervezett kezdete
- Gyakorlat tervezett hossza hónapban
Nincs lehetőség gyakorlati jelentkezésnél a szervezeti egység módosítására. Ebben az esetben törölni kell a jelentkezést és új szervezeti egység kiválasztásával új jelentkezési lapot kell leadni!
Az egyes mezőknél végzett módosítást a felület alján található Módosítás gombbal véglegesíthető.
