Clicking the Inspection link navigates to the detailed data of the request, but the institutional settings do not allow to submit the request.
If settings allow, the request can be submitted with the Start filling button.
The process of filling and submitting the request is the same as those of the requests that do not require a fee, but an item to be paid is created for a fee-based requests.
