The subject can be provided in the field of Message subject with maximum 1000 characters.
Az Üzenet szövege mező mérete változtatható a jobb alsó sarokra 
kattintva, az egér mozgatásával.
A Haladó beállítások linkre kattintva beállítható az üzenethez, hogy meddig érvényes, illetve – intézményi beállítástól függően – meg lehet határozni azt is, hogy a címzettek láthatják-e egymást a kapott üzenetben.
Intézményi beállítástól függően A címzettek ne lássák egymást jelölőnégyzetnek négyféle állása lehet:
- A jelölőnégyzetben pipa van, és a pipa eltávolítható.
- A jelölőnégyzetben pipa van, és a pipa nem távolítható el.
- A jelölőnégyzetben nincs pipa, de bepipálható.
- A jelölőnégyzetben nincs pipa, és nem bepipálható.
Az ablak a jobb felső sarokban lévő x-el, vagy a Vissza lehetőség választásával zárható be.
Amennyiben nem névre vagy becenévre keresünk, akkor a Szűrő gombra kattintva először kategóriát kell választani az alábbiak közül: Minden típus, Hallgató, Alkalmazott
Ha már vannak elküldött üzenetek, a kereső mező alatt kilistázza a program azokat.

By clicking the Advanced settings link, the validity period of the message can be set, and – depending on institutional settings – you can define whether the recipients can see each other in the received message.
The checkbox of Recipients won't see each other has four optional indications depending on institutional settings:
- The checkbox can be deselected (there is a tick in it that can be removed).
- The checkbox has a tick in it and it cannot be removed.
- The checkbox has no tick in it, but it can be added (selected).
- The checkbox has no tick in it, and it cannot be added (selected).
The window can be closed with the x in the top right corner or by pressing Back.
If the search is not launched for a name or nickname, first you need to select a category after clicking the Filter button: All types, Student, Employee
The system displays the list of the sent messages below the search field if there are sent messages.
You can search for the subject of the message in the Search field (at least 3 characters must be entered for the search).
