If the institutional settings allow, the Select consultant window appears by clicking the Registration button, where the selectable lecturers assigned for the thesis topic are grouped by evaluator type in blocks. One lecturer per evaluator type can be selected, which is mandatory to continue. The thus selected lecturer is assigned to the topic registration row created with the registration.
If the institutional settings allow, the window where the title and the thesis outline can be provided appears by clicking the Registration button (if a consultant can be selected, after the Select consultant window). Here the title of the thesis can be provided as well as the description of the thesis outline required for registration. A file of thesis outline can also be attached.
The registration can be finalized with the Registration button. The message 'Successful registration!' confirms the successful registration for the topic, and the registration row is created.
