The following options are available via the Download calendar dropdown menu:

Print: The calendar can be printed or saved on the user's own device in a format enabled by the institute.

Feliratkozás a naptárra: Outlook vagy iCloud alkalmazáshoz használható funkció, a Feliratkozás a naptárra funkció kiválasztása után meg kell nyitni a megfelelő alkalmazást, majd a csatlakozást követően a Neptun naptár események a továbbiakban megtekinthetők a választott alkalmazásban is.

Feliratkozási link másolása: A feliratkozási linket kimásolva hozzá lehet adni bármely naptár alkalmazáshoz, amely képes feliratkozási URL alapján kezelni a tovább naptár hozzáadását, pl. Google Naptár. A választott naptár alkalmazásban új naptár hozzáadásakor meg kell adni a kimásolt feliratkozási linket, és a továbbiakban abban meg fognak jelenni a Neptun naptár események is. 

Subscribe to calendar: A functionality used with Outlook or iCloud. After pressing the Subscribe to calendar function, the adequate application must be opened, and after establishing the connection, the Neptun calendar events can be viewed from that point onward in the selected application too.

Copy subscription link: The copied subscription link can be added to any calendar application that is able to manage the added further calendar based on the subscription URL, such as Google Calendar. In the selected calendar application the copied subscription link must be provided when the new calendar is added, and in the future the Neptun calendar events will be displayed in the application.

Export filtered calendar: A file of .ics extension (iCalendar) can be downloaded with this functionality, which can then be loaded into the Outlook or Google Calendar. As a result, the Neptun calendar events will be displayed in the application in the future. The functionality exports the currently filtered event typesSzűrt naptár exportálása: Egy .ics kiterjesztésű (iCalendar) fájt lehet letölteni a funkcióval, amit ezt követően Outlook vagy Google Naptárba lehet beolvasni, ennek eredményeként az alkalmazásban a továbbiakban megjelennek a Neptun naptár események is. A funkció, az aktuálisan szűrt eseménytípusokat exportálja.

With the Filter calendar functionality the types of events the user wants to display in the calendar can be selected. If the student attends more than one trainings of the institute, it is possible to display events related to more than one trainings at the same time.

A Naptár szűrése funkcióval kiválasztható milyen típusú események jelenjenek meg a naptárban. Amennyiben intémzényen belül több képzésre is jár a a hallgató, akkor egyszerre több képzéshez kapcsolódó események megjelenítésére is van lehetőség.

A Naptárat többféle nézetben lehet megtekinteni. A naptár feletti kártyán lehet lapozni hetek, napok és hónapok között, attól függően, hogy milyen nézet került kiválasztásra. 

Heti nézet: Heti nézetben hétfőtől vasárnapig 08.00 és 19.00 között tekinthető meg a naptár. Heti nézet választásakor alapértelmezetten az aktuális dátumnak megfelelő hét jelenik meg a naptárban.

Napi nézet: Napi nézetben egy adott nap eseményeit lehet megtekinteni. Napi nézet választása esetén a naptár felület mellett megjelenik egy dátumválasztó, ami lehetővé teszi a napok közötti egyszerű váltást. 

Havi nézet: Havi nézetben egy adott hónap összes eseményét lehet megtekinteni. 

Lista nézet: Ebben a nézetben listaszerűen, napokra bontva jelennek meg a naptáresemények. 

The Calendar can be viewed in many views. The user can change the week, the day and the month one after the other on the card above the calendar depending on the selected view.

Weekly view: By choosing the weekly view the calendar can be viewed from Monday 8 a.m. to Sunday 7 p.m. By default the week of the actual date is shown in the calendar if weekly view is selected.

Daily view: The events of the given day can be viewed when choosing the daily view. In daily view a date selector is available next to the calendar which facilitates the change of the day.

Monthly view: All events of a month can be viewed in monthly view.

List view: The calendar events are shown as lists broken down by day.
