A felületen a Részletek linkre egy felugró ablakban megjelenik a mappa tartalma fájl letöltési lehetőséggel.
A listában 1 mappát kijelölve aktívvá válik a Hozzáad gomb, amellyel véglegesíthető a mappa közösségi térhez történő hozzárendelése.
A Mappa kiválasztása ablakban az Új mappa létrehozása linkre kattintva új dokumentum mappa hozható létre.
Egy felugró ablakban meg kell adni a mappa adatait:
- Név (Mappa neve)
- Leírás
- Fájl feltöltése linkkel hozzáadhatók a dokumentumok
By clicking the Details link on the screen, a popup window displays the contents of the folder with the option of downloading.
If one folder is selected in the list, the Add button becomes active. The assignment of the folder to the community space can be finalized with this button.
A new document folder can be created by clicking the Create new folder link in the Select folder window.
The folder data must be entered in a popup window:
- Name (name of folder)
- Description
- The documents can be added with the Upload file link.
