Kurzus típusú közösségi terek
A kurzusokhoz kapcsolódó közösségi terek arra szolgálnak, hogy az adott kurzusra vonatkozó, általában csak az adott félévben aktuális információkat, dokumentumokat osszanak meg egymással a felhasználók.
A kurzushoz tartozó közösségi tér a kurzus kiírásának időpontjában jön létre. A kurzus összes hallgatója hozzárendelésre kerül.
Az újonnan létrejövő közösségi terek nevének formátuma a "Kurzus" típusú közösségi terek esetében az alábbi sémát követi: "Tárgynév (Tárgykód, Kurzuskód, Félév)".
A kurzushoz tartozó közösségi tér adminisztrátora alapértelmezetten a kurzus oktatója.
A hallgatók a kurzusfelvétel időpontjában tagként automatikusan hozzáadásra kerülnek a kurzushoz tartozó közösségi térhez, illetve a kurzusról történő lejelentkezéssel törlődnek a közösségi térből.
A kurzusoktatónak van joga a hozzárendelt tagok jogosultságának módosítására, valamint egyéb tagokat, vagy adminisztrátort hozzáadni a kurzushoz kapcsolódó közösségi térhez.
Szakdolgozat típusú közösségi terek
Amikor létrehozásra kerül a hallgató képzéséhez egy szakdolgozat sor, akkor a hallgató szakdolgozatához kapcsolódóan, automatikusan létrehozásra kerül minden egyes ilyen hallgatói szakdolgozat sorhoz egy-egy privát virtuális tér „Szakdolgozat” típussal.
A szakdolgozat típusú közösségi terek arra szolgálnak, hogy a szakdolgozat sorhoz kapcsolódó hallgató, és a szakdolgozathoz hozzárendelt oktató(k) (bírálók/konzulensek) információkat osszanak meg egymással.
Egyéb típusú közösségi terek
Az egyéb típusú közösségi terek olyan terek, melyek nem a tárgyhoz, vagy kurzushoz kapcsolódóan jöttek létre, és az Új közösségi tér létrehozása gomb megnyomásával hozhatók létre.
Community spaces of course type
The aim of the community spaces connected to courses is for the users to share actual information and documents related to the course, which are actual mostly in the given semester.
The community space of the course is created when the course is published. All students of the course are added to it.
The name of the newly created community space of the Course type community spaces is created with the following pattern: "Subject name (Subject code, Course code, Semester)".
The administrator of the community space connected to the subject is the course tutor.
The student is automatically added to the community space of the course at the time of the course registration as member, and is removed from the community space when dropping the course.

When the degree thesis row is created in relation to the student's training, one private virtual space of 'Degree thesis' type is created automatically for each such degree thesis row of the student.
The aim of the degree thesis community spaces is for the relevant student of the thesis row and the tutor(s) (evaluators, consultants) assigned to the thesis to share information with each other.

The community spaces of other type are spaces that are not created in relation to a subject or a course, and that can be created with the Create new community space button.
