The institute specifies the data/data sets that the student is allowed to modify, delete, and to which data/data sets the student is allowed to enter a new value. Accordingly, the options for modification of personal data may considerably vary among institutes, there might be different settings even within an institute (e.g. different faculties). |
A felületen hat lapfülre osztva lehet megtekinteni az adatokat, melyek közül az utolsó Módosítási előzmények fülön lehet nyomon követni a személyen adatokban bekövetkezett változásokat. Amennyiben valamely adat módosítása ügyintézői jóváhagyásra vár, vagy el lett utasítva, az is megjelenik az adatváltozás státuszaként. The screen displays the data on six tabs. The modifications done to the personal data can be tracked on the last tab called Change history. If the modification of any piece of data is under endorsement by an administrator or had been rejected, it is displayed here as the status of the data change.
