Not all institutes facilitate the request for Student Loan on the Student Web Interface. In such cases the student can learn about the process of requesting a student loan on the Diákhitel Direkt (diakhiteldirekt.hu) website. |
Az Ügyintézés/Diákhitel igénylés menüponton van lehetősége a hallgatóknak diákhitel igénylés leadására. A hallgató a felületre lépve, amennyiben már korábban adott le igénylést a tanulmányi rendszeren keresztül, a program megjeleníti azt/azokat, jelenlegi állapotuk megjelölésével.
The student can submit a request for Student Loan on the Administration/Student loan request menu item. If previously applications were already submitted via the Educational Administration System, the student can view them and their present status.
A new application can be launched with the TE Student loan request button:
The button navigates to the DHK site where the student can select applying for a Student Loan of free or restricted use. The latter can be selected if any of the student's trainings and its financing scheme complies with the conditions of the loan type as per specified by law.
The fields are completed with the data recorded in the Educational Administration System. The student can correct or enter the missing data. It is worth checking the data during the later data reconciliation thoroughly, and, if necesary, correct them on the data sheet or in the Educational Administration System if authorised for such operationÚj igénylést a TE Diákhitel igénylés gombbal lehet indítani:
A gomb a hallgatót átnavigálja a DHK oldalára, ahol a szabad, illetve a kötött felhasználású diákhitel igénylés közül választhat, utóbbit abban az esetben, ha képzései közül valamelyik és annak finanszírozási formája megfelel a hitel típus jogszabályban előírt feltételeinek.
A program a tanulmányi rendszerben tárolt adatok alapján feltölti azokat a mezőket, amelyekhez talál információt a rendszerben. A hiányzó adatok pótlására vagy javítására a hallgatónak lehetősége van, így a későbbi adategyeztetés során érdemes az adatokat pontosan megvizsgálni, illetve szükség szerint az adatlapon, vagy megfelelő jogosultság esetén a tanulmányi rendszerben javítani.
