The list of the community spaces the loggin is user is entitled to view can be seen by clicking the Search for a community space button. All spaces that were assigned to the user as Member or Guest or Administrator are displayed in the List of community spaces.
A lista tartalmazza a tér típusát, a felhasználói jogosultságát,a tér állapotát, kedvenc jelölést, illetve a sorvégi részletekre kattintva érhetők el a tér részletes tulajdonságai, és a tér elemei.
A lista rendezhető és szűrhető.
A rendezés az alábbi mezők adata alapján történhet:
- Név
- Típus
- Jogosultság
- Állapot
A sorrendezési lehetőséget tartalmazó lista a 
ikonra kattintva érhető el.
A Közösségi terek listájának szűkítéséhez a szűrési feltételek beállítására a Szűrő lenyíló gombra kattintva megjelenő felületen van lehetőség. A Közösségi tér neve, típusa és állapotára vonatkozó feltételek állíthatók be az első sor mezőiben.
A listában lehetőség van kedvenc terek adminisztrálására is. A kiválasztott tér hozzáadása a kedvencekhez a sorvégi Részletek előtt található 
(csillag) ikonra kattintva történik (az ikon kitöltetlen, ha a közösségi tér még nincs hozzáadva a kedvencekhez), az ikonra kattintva a hozzáadással az ikon kitöltésre kerül: 
. A kedvencek jelölés az ismételt kattintással megszüntethető.
The list includes the type of the space, the permission of the user, the status of the space, and the detailed attributes and elements of the space can be seen by clicking the Details link at the end of the row.
The list can be arranged and filtered.
Arrangement is possible based on the record of the following field:
- Name
- Type
- Permission
- State
The list of the ordering options is available by clicking the XXX icon.
The List of the community spaces can be narrowed by setting the filtering conditions on the screen appearing after clicking the Filter dropdown button. The conditions of the name, type and state of the community space can be set in the fields of the first row.
The favourite spaces can be recorded in the list, too. The selected space can be added to the favourites by clicking the XXX (star) icon in front of the Details legend at the end of the row (the star is outlined only if the space is not added to the favourites). The icon is fully coloured if the space is added to the favourites: XXX. The space can be removed from the favourites by clicking the icon again. The space can be removed from the favourites by clicking the icon again.
