A Végleges cím megadása minden esetben kötelező, amely a Végleges cím linkre kattintva megjelenő felületen tehető meg, a mező értékét egy nyelvválasztó segítségével több nyelven is meg lehet adni, de értékét legalább egy nyelven minden esetben ki kell tölteni.
A Végleges cím alatt intézményi beállítás alapján megjelenhet az Egyéb adatok link, ahol egyéb, szakdolgozattal kapcsolatos információk megadására van lehetőség.
Ezalatt az intézmény által beállított, feltölthető dokumentum típusok linkjei lesznek láthatók, ezekre kattintva feltölthető az adott dokumentum típussal a dokumentum.
Ezek a típusok az alábbiak lehetnek:
Szakdolgozat, Könyvtári elektronikus tárhely feltöltés igazolás, Titkosítási nyilatkozat, Szakdolgozat melléklet, Portfólió, Tanulmányi, Szakdolgozat kivonat1, Szakdolgozat kivonat2, Plágium-nyilatkozat, Konzultációs igazolás, Esélyegyenlőségi nyilatkozat, Annotáció, Nyilatkozat párhuzamos képzésben való részvételről, Eredetiségi nyilatkozat, Szakdolgozat 1. rész, Szakdolgozat 2. rész, Szakdolgozat 3. rész, Disszertáció, Szakdolgozat melléklet 2.
Dokumentum típusonként kizárólag egy fájl feltöltésére van lehetőség.
The Final title must be provided in each case. It can be provided by clicking the Final title link. The value of the field can be provided in more than one language with the language selector. This field must be filled at least in one language.
Depending on institutional settings, the Additonal information link may appear under the Final title functionality. Here further information related to the thesis can be provided.
Below this, the links of document types that the institute set for uploading are displayed. By clicking them, the document can be uploaded with the selected document type.
The following types can be selected:

Only one file can be uploaded per document type.
