The print templates (statements of acceptance and completion) to be filled in with field practice places, specified by the institute for the given field practice location, can be viewed and downloaded by clicking the Print templates button on Registered sites. Only the print templates the language of which is the same as the language specified for the given location are displayed.
In the window popping up by clicking the Attach document button, a print template that the institute specified for the given location can be attached. For example statement of acceptance, completion or accreditation. Only the print template of the type 'Certificate of completion' can be uploaded once the status became Application accepted. Before this status only the types other than 'Certificate of completion' can be uploaded
A felvett helyeknél a Nyomtatványok gombra kattintva tekinthető és tölthető le az intézmény által az adott gyakorlati helyhez meghatározott, gyakorlati hellyel kitöltendő nyomtatási sablonokat (befogadó és teljesítési nyilatkozatokat). Csak azok a nyomtatványok jelennek meg, melyek nyelve megegyezik az adott helynél meghatározott nyelvvel.
A Dokumentum csatolása gombra kattintva egy előugró ablakban van lehetőség olyan nyomtatványtípust csatolni, melyet az intézmény az adott helyhez meghatározott. Például befogadó, vagy teljesítési nyilatkozat, vagy akkreditációs nyilatkozat. Az Elfogadott jelentkezés státuszra állítástól kezdve kizárólag Teljesítési igazolás típusú nyomtatványt lehet feltölteni. Ez "előtt " a státusz előtt pedig kizárólag Teljesítési igazolástól eltérő típust.
