The folders shared with the logged in user can be seen in the list of the Document storage/Folders shared with me menu item.
The Download button is available in the action bar appearing after a folder or folders are selected.
The details of the shared folder and the list of the documents in the folder can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of the rows.
The documents can be downloaded after being selected or by clicking the Details link at the end of the row
A Dokumentumtár/Velem megosztott mappák menüpont felületén megjelenő listában láthatók a belépett felhasználó számára kiajánlott mappák.
A mappa vagy mappák kijelölésével megjelenő műveleti sávban elérhető a Letöltés funkciógomb.
A sorvégi Részletek linkre kattintva megtekinthetők a megosztott mappa részletes adatai és a mappához csatolt dokumentumok listája.
A dokumentumok kijelölésük után vagy a dokumentum sorvégi Részletek linkjére kattintva letölthetők.
