On the Menu/Document storage screen the window to select upload mode appears. Documents can be uploaded in order to share them with other users by selecting Community space attached link.

The Public document form is available by clicking the link. The existing/available storage size can be seen among the highlighted data at the top of the form.

The required document can be attached with the Upload file button in the Basic data section of the form or by dragging the file to be uploaded.

You can enter the data of the folder you want to create and share in the Folder name and Folder description fields of the Basic data section of the form. It is mandatory to fill in the Folder name field, and depending on institutional settings the Folder description field might be mandatory too. The system redirects you to the Split section of the form by clicking the Next page button at the bottom of the form.

A Felhasználói menü/Dokumentumtár felületén az új dokumentum feltöltése során a feltöltés mód választó ablakban a Közösségi térhez kapcsolódó link választása esetén más felhasználókkal való megosztás célból lehet feltölteni dokumentumot.

A linkre kattintva elérhetővé válik az Publikus dokumentum űrlap. A megnyíló űrlap felső részén kiemelt adatokban látható a rendelkezésre álló tárhely mérete és foglaltsági adatai.

Az űrlap Alap adatok szakaszán a Fájl feltöltése gombbal vagy a feltöltendő fájl behúzásával lehet csatolni a kívánt dokumentumot.

Az Alap adatok űrlap szakasz Mappa neve és Mappa leírása mezőiben megadhatók a létrehozni kívánt megosztandó mappa adatai. A Mappa neve mező kitöltése minden esetben, a Mappa leírása mező kitöltése pedig intézményi beállítás alapján kötelező!

Az űrlap alján található Következő oldal gombra kattintva átirányít a rendszer az űrlap Megosztás szakaszára.
