The name of the duplicated event is the same as that of the original event, but an (M1), (M2) extension is added to the end of the name: the number depends on the number of the copies. Later the copied lists can be renamed. If an event has already registrations, the registered persons are not copied. All further data of the copied event is the same as those of the original copy, and they are also linked to the same virtual space. An event can be copied only before the registration period ends.

A felületen megjelenő Jelentkezés gombbal lehet jelentkezni az eseményre, ha a Jelentkezési időszak még aktív, és a felhasználó még nem jelentkezett az eseményre.
A gomb megnyomására, amennyiben az esemény úgy lett meghirdetve, akkor a Megjegyzés hozzáadása felugró ablakban megjegyzés rögzíthető a jelentkezéshez.
A jelentkezés a Jelentkezés mentése gombbal véglegesíthető.
Ha a felhasználó már jelentkezett az eseményre, a felületen a Lejelentkezés gomb lesz látható. Az eseményről történő leiratkozásra csak a jelentkezési időszakban van lehetőség.
Az Események lapfülön lévő Új gombbal új Esemény hozható létre.
Egy felugró ablakban meg kell adni az alábbi adatokat:
- Edit: Only the creator and the administrator of the community space can edit the event. This function is disabled for other members.
- Delete: Only the creator and the administrator of the community space can delete the event. This function is disabled for other members.
The student can register for the event with the Application button of the screen, if the registration period is still active, and the user had not registered for the event yet.
With this button, if the event was published with this setting, a comment can be entered for the event in the Add comment popup window.
The registration can be finalized with the Save application button.
If the user has already registered for the event, the Deregister button can be seen on the secreen. Deregistration from the event is possible only in the registration period.
New event can be created with the New button on the Events tab.
The following data must be provided in a popup window:
- Event name
- Event duration
- Maximum headcount
- Description
- Registration period
- Do not be available in the linked community spaces
- Registration details saved - if selected, a comment can be entered for the event at the time of registration
- Comments are visible to all members - if selected, the members can see the comments entered at the time of the registration.
- Exclusion of participants of other events (exclude participants of a previous event from this event Esemény neve
