The order of the applications can be changed on the Administration/Erasmus screen, selecting the Application details in the Active applications block or with the View applications option, if the application period has not expired yet.
The order of the applications within one period can be changed by clicking the Change order button, if the applications were successful.
The Change order screen displays the organization or the institute, the type of application and the period the applications are linked to.
AThe default order is the order of the submissions. The default order can be modified by dragging the application cards on the screen. The order can be finalized with the Save button.
If no change is done, the window can be closed with the Close or the X button in the top right corner.
Az Ügyintézés/Erasmus felületen az Aktív jelentkezések blokkban vagy a Jelentkezések megtekintése lehetőséget választva a Jelentkezés részletei felületen lehetőség van a jelentkezések sorrendezésére, abban az esetben, ha a jelentkezési időszak még nem járt le.
Sikeres jelentkezés esetén egy időszakon belüli jelentkezések a Sorrend módosítása gombra kattintva megjelenő felületen sorrendezhetők.
A Sorrend módosítása felületen megjelenítésre kerül a szervezet vagy intézmény, a jelentkezés típusa és az időszak, amely időszakhoz a jelentkezések kapcsolódnak.
Az alapértelmezett sorrend a jelentkezés sorrendje, a felületen a jelentkezés kártyákat mozgatva módosítható az alapértelmezett sorrend, amely a Mentés gombbal véglegesíthető.
Ha nem történik módosítás, az ablak a Bezár vagy a jobb felső sarokban található gombbal bezárható.
