It depends on the types of the external field practice locations, how many days before the starting date of the given block the student can register for the given block last. The institute can freely define the Application deadline, and it is also the deadline for the finalization process. Please see the section of finalization by the student.
Default values:
- University hospitals and university general practitioner mentors: 7 days before the start of the field practice
- Teaching hospital, university and Hungarian accredited field practice locations: 7 days before the start of the field practice
- Accredited field practice location abroad: 7 days before the start of the field practice
- University hospital abroad: 7 days before the start of the field practice
- Hungarian and foreign institute not yet accredited but meeting the accreditation conditions: 7 days before the start of the field practice
- Non-university family doctor field practice location: 7 days before the start of the field practice

Külső gyakorlati hely típusoktól függ, hogy az adott blokk kezdő időpontja előtt hány nappal jelentkezhet utoljára az adott blokkra. A jelentkezési határidőt az intézmény szabadon állíthatja és a véglegesítési folyamatra is vonatkozik, erről bővebben a hallgatói véglegesítés leírásánál olvashat.
Alapértelmezett értékek:
- Egyetemi Klinika és egyetemi háziorvos mentorok: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
- Oktatókórház, egyetemi és magyar akkreditált gyakorlóhelyek: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
- Külföldi akkreditált gyakorlóhely: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
- Külföldi egyetemi klinika: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
- Még nem akkreditált, de az akkreditációs feltételeknek megfelelő magyar és külföldi intézmény: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
- Nem egyetemi családorvosi gyakorlati hely: a gyakorlat megkezdése előtt 7 nap
