If the institute specifies a condition of registration for an external field practice subject, the assessment of the condition is done when the blocks of the field practice belonging to the field practice subject are registered. If the condition is not met, the system notifies the student of this at this point of the process, and the registration for the field practice location belonging to the field practice subject fails. In this case none of the field practice locations belonging to the subject can be registered by the student.
Amennyiben a külső gyakorlati tárgyhoz az intézmény jelentkezési feltételt határoz meg, akkor a feltételvizsgálat a gyakorlati tárgyhoz tartozó gyakorlati hely blokkjaira történő jelentkezéskor történik meg. Amennyiben nem teljesül a feltétel, akkor ezen a ponton vissza jelzi ezt a hallgatónak a rendszer és a gyakorlati tárgyhoz tartozó gyakorlati helyre a jelentkezés sikertelen. Ebben az esetben a tárgyhoz tartozó egyetlen gyakorlati helyre sem fog tudni jelentkezni.
