Az EVOP (Egyetemi- Vállalati Ökoszisztéma Portál) a NEPTUN rendszerre épülve összeköti a vállalati szereplőket az egyetemek szereplőivel, erőforrásaival, szolgáltatásaival, valamint a felek közötti kommunikációt, folyamatokat támogatja. A Kooper az EVOP modulja, amelyben az intézmények szabad erőforrásokat hirdethetnek meg, különböző elemeket tartalmazó szolgáltatások keretében. Ezt a modult elsősorban az egyetem dolgozói használják, de egyetemi felkérésre hallgatóknak is lehetőségük van benne tevékenykedni. Ehhez az EVOP Kooperben regisztrálni kell, majd bejelentkezés után meg kell adni az egyetemet (összerendelés), és a Neptunkódot, melyet egy admin jóváhagy. Ezt követően a hallgatói weben a Neptunba belépésnél rákérdez a program arra, hogy valóban történt-e összekötés az EVOP rendszerrel.

Kooper is a module of EVOP where the universities can publish free resources in the frame of services including various elements. This module is primarily used by the employees of the university, but upon invitation of the university students can also be active in it. This requires registration in the EVOP Kooper, after logging in the university (connection) and the NEPTUN code must be provided which will then be approved by an administrator. After completing this and logging in to NEPTUN, the system asks whether the connection with the EVOP system was really established.
