A felhasználó keresése ablakban Név vagy Becenév alapján lehet felhasználót keresni. A felhasználó neve alatt látható, hogy oktatóról vagy hallgatóról van szó, hallgató esetén látható a hallgató képzése, oktató esetén pedig, hogy melyik szervezeti egységhez tartozik (pl. tanszék, intézet). (Előfordulhat olyan, hogy sem az oktató, sem a hallgató címke nem jelenik meg, amennyiben a felhasználó szerepel a rendszerben, de nincs érvényes oktatói és hallgatói jogviszonya sem.) A felhasználók kijelölését követően a Kiválasztás gombbal lehet őket csoporthoz adni. |
Users can be searched for in the Search user window based on Name or Nickname. It is shown under the name of the user whether it is a student or a tutor, the training of the student or the organisational unit of the tutor (e.g. department, institute). (It may happen that neither the tutor, nor the student label is displayed, if the user is recorded in the system but has no valid student or tutor status.) The users can be added to the group with the Select button after the selection is made. |
