The valid documents uploaded for the student are listed on the screen of Document storage/Documents uploaded for me.
Filtering is available on this screen. The filtering conditions: Name and Type.
The Download button becomes available after selecting the document(s). Bulk operation is also enabled.
If the document is accepted, it is displayed in green in the list.
The details of the document can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of the rows, and the document can be downloaded on this screen.
The data displayed in the detailed view:
- Type
- Created at (date)
- Connection type
- Filing number
- Description
- The status of the document is dynamically displayed in the top left corner of the screen if the document is accepted.

A Dokumentumtár/Számomra feltöltött dokumentumok felületen azok az érvényes dokumentumok kerülnek listázásra, melyeket a hallgató számára került feltöltésre.
A felületen szűrési lehetőség elérhető. Szűrési feltételek: Név és Típus.
A dokumentum vagy dokumentumok kijelölésével elérhető a Letöltés funkciógomb. Csoportos művelet is engedélyezett.
Amennyiben a dokumentum elfogadott, akkor a listában zöld színnel jelölve kerül megjelenítésre.
A sorvégi Részletek linkre kattintva láthatók a dokumentum részletes adatai és a dokumentum letölthető felületen.
Részletes nézetben megjelenő adatok:
- Típus
- Létrehozás dátuma (időpont)
- Kapcsolat típus
- Iktatószám
- Leírás
- A felület bal felső sarkában dinamikusan megjelenik a dokumentum státusza, abban az esetben, ha elfogadott a dokumentum.
